These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of the digital products sold by JTOflow, the trade name of Joade Jordan Teotonio Oliveira ("we", "us"). By purchasing or accessing any product, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital educational programs delivered as web apps with video lessons, guides and reference material. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Product descriptions, prices and, where applicable, subscription terms are shown on each sales page and at checkout.

2. Access and account

After payment, access is sent to the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email and for keeping your login private. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for private, non-commercial purposes. Copying, redistributing, publishing or reselling any content, in whole or in part, is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout through third-party payment processors. Subscription products renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. See our Billing & Statements and Refund & Cancellation pages for details.

5. Educational purpose — no medical advice

All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace consultation with a qualified health professional. Consult your doctor before changing your diet, exercise or skincare routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition. Individual experiences vary and no specific result is guaranteed.

6. Availability

We work to keep our programs available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or reorganize content to keep it current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its update date, applies to purchases made from that date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
